My Roommates!
The holiday season is about reflecting on the things that you're grateful for and the things that are the most important to you, so I had to write a little note on how grateful I am for my roommates! They are the best!
On the way to a little roommate get together at Temple Square to see the beautiful Christmas Lights, a few of the roommates were discussing how awkward the first couple of weeks together had been! We'd invite each other to things out of obligation thinking thoughts like, "Well, I need to get to know my roommates, so I better invite them." And we'd respond wearily with this in our mind, "Eh, eh, eh ... Okay, I better go." For instance, I remember the first day with Nancy I was going to dinner with my family. She was the only person home, so I said, "You can come to dinner with my family if you want." I didn't want her to be alone, so I asked her to come along. She said no, probably because it was weird. Haha!
Over the past while through boyfriends that took up five million hours of the day, all the boys in the 132nd Ward, school, work, and just being busy ... we've been able to come together and bond like no other. I have to thank Joe Morton for breaking up with Nance because that's how it all started! Our bond was welded together that night! A trip to IHOP with the girls will always be a special memory that I hold dear to my heart. Okay, that sounded really cheesy, but seriously! I love you girls, and I'm glad that you're in my life!
Through the past semester, we've had fun together and I'm excited for the coming semester to bring more fun memories! Love ya Chuck!

I'll never have a nickname. :)
This isn't really related to your post, but I wanted to tell you Congratulations on your mission call to Hong Kong--wow that is exciting! Good luck with all the prep, hopefully we will be able to come to your farewell (we will be in Utah this summer.)
